I can't even see anything on it after the menu... it's just a health bar at the top of a blue screen. I can hear sound effects so I know controls are working but the visuals aren't.

Great game although I'm having trouble with unlocking the Tried 'Em All trophy... I've unlocked Artifact 19 and I've used it and the lead pipe and everything else in a single round but I can't seem to unlock that particular achievement?
